Ending Conversion Therapy: Effecting Change through Policies & Practice

Conversion therapy has been denounce by most major mental health and medical organizations, yet continues to be utilized in many states. Presenters Shannon Minter and Mathew Shurka will outline ways in which advocates, professional organizations, and legislative bodies have partnered eo end this controversial practice. Following the presentation, the presenters will be joined by Lisa Hansen (Flourish Counseling Serviecs) and Clifford Roskey (University of utah College of Law) for a panel discussion moderated by Tammer Attallah Intermountain Healthcare). Registration required ( $30 ).
