WoCA Leadership Series with AVP Mary Anne Berzins
Women of Color Academics are honored to have an amazing collaborator: Assistant Vice President of Workforce Planning for Human Resources Mary Anne Berzins. We recognize that there is a leader in every single WoCA. Recognizing desires to participate in leadership and hone their leadership skills, During the 2019 launch WoCAs requested workshops on leadership and negotiations. AVP Berzins has agreed to adapt her highly regarded leadership series that she offers to leaders around campus to be available for WoCAs.
WoCAs are invited to experience this monthly workshop series that runs from October 2019 – March 2020. While it is highly encouraged WoCAs participate in all the workshops, each workshop has its own registration link for you to sign-up for. Sign up for all, some or one, we look forward to having you participate in this new WoCA series.
