After days of exploring how we are shifting/striving/thriving through various aspects of our lives, end Women’s Week with a day of rejuvenation, self-love, and well-being. This workshop facilitates a supportive space for self-identified women to explore how self-compassion is critical for promoting well-being for self and community. We will explore and practice strategies for honoring our humanity, responding authentically to issues of marginalization, and living our lives according to our values.
This event will be limited to 25 attendees.
This event is part of Women’s Week (March 14 – 18).
Women’s Week is an annual, weeklong event focused on gendered issues and challenges faced in today’s socioeconomic and political climate, intersectionality, and cultural movements. This year’s theme, “Shift. Strive. Thrive,” will validate and acknowledge the struggles we have been experiencing over the past two years and explore the ways we are shifting, striving, and thriving to become stronger as we emerge to a new future.
