Partner Yoga

Come get more connected with that special someone! Partner Yoga is a form of movement that utilizes two people to synch their breathing, postures, and movements. This can increase (romantic or platonic) intimacy as it requires new levels of trust, communication, and connection. In Partner Yoga, the act of moving together can help a duo feel more in sync. This event is limited to 10 couples (20 people) so register soon here!
