The LGBT Resource Center and the University Counseling Center’s upcoming Queercare Zoom Session is going to be happening on Monday, June 1st from 5:30-7pm, just in time to kick off Pride Month! The topic is “Community Care: How LGBTQIA+ Communities take care of each other.”  We’ll watch an episode of Pose and have an open discussion about the ways that LGBTQIA+ communities have historically cared for each other, as well as practices for showing care and challenging toxicity in our communities today.

QueerCare is a community discussion space that focuses on well-being for LGBTQIA+ communities. These online community discussions will be co-facilitated by LGBT Resource Center and University Counseling Center staff.
