After days of exploring how we are shifting/striving/thriving through various aspects of our lives, end Women’s Week with a day of rejuvenation, self-love, and well-being. Join us as we explore self-care practices that foster joy in healing and are rooted in the traditional knowledge and wisdom of our elders. Community members will engage in dialogue, written reflections, and mindfulness exercises to engage their own ancestral knowledge and wisdom. This is an invitation to create a collective healing experience that is culturally-grounded and centers folx of color.

Women’s Week is an annual, weeklong event focused on gendered issues and challenges faced in today’s socioeconomic and political climate, intersectionality, and cultural movements. This year’s theme, “Shift. Strive. Thrive,” will validate and acknowledge the struggles we have been experiencing over the past two years and explore the ways we are shifting, striving, and thriving to become stronger as we emerge to a new future.
