Friday Forums on Racism in Higher Education

Call for Proposals: The Long Game: Deepening the Work

Submission Deadline: February 12

Friday Forums is a national platform that positions the University of Utah as a leader for elevating national conversations on racism in higher education. Each month we will lead these conversations with the goal of helping attendees start on a journey to eradicate racism and share best practices for sustained growth and action at American research universities.

The series showcases best practice models designed to disrupt complicit racism — regardless of discipline and professional field — with topics addressed at all levels of leadership. University of Utah staff and faculty members of all disciplines are encouraged to submit a proposal!

The March Friday Forum on Racism in Higher Education is “The Long Game: Deepening the Work.” Breakout sessions should relate to the month’s theme and will be divided into three (3) tracks:

Let’s Get Started

How to begin the journey towards anti-racism.

Hear Us

Moving the Needle
