The Mountain West Transforming Care Conference is a regional interdisciplinary conference that brings together primary care providers, advanced care clinicians, mental health providers, and more to advance the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ communities.
2025 CONFERENCE
Join us for a 3-day conference in picturesque southern Utah, where LGBTQ+ affirming providers gather to blend education with community bonding and personal renewal. Next year’s conference will focus on education and residency training and will apply to both primary care and mental health providers.

CME/CEU Information
More information about CME/CEU for our 2025 conference is coming soon. Historically, we have been able to offer between 16-22 credits for our 3-day conference through AAFP, NASW-UT chapter and UPA.
