Fostering an Inclusive Campus Climate Working Group


We will consistently assess the university policies, programs, and practices to ensure a culture that is equitable and inclusive of the diverse individuals represented throughout our community.

The Climate Working Group is engaging all academic units and administrative divisions in sharing climate assessment data and major findings to tell a campus climate narrative and identify climate themes for action planning. The group is also encouraging academic units and administrative divisions to complete a unit-level self-study to inform future equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts.

Recommendations will be shared Spring 2023.
